Add a Custom Dictionary

Hello,

We are trying to sync our Word custom dictionaries with Outlook. Word
allows multiple custom dictionaries but it looks like there is only one in
Outlook. We cannot use Word as our Email editor, I realize that could solve
the problem.

If I add a word to the Custom.dic (default custom dictionary) while spell
checking in Outlook that word will be picked up in Word, however if you add a
word while spell checking in Word it does not work in Outlook - you must add
it there too. This is strange considering they both use the Custom.dic file
to store additions.

Any ideas for forcing Word and Outlook to use the same dictionaries? And is
it possible to use more than one custom dictionary in Outlook?

One other thing I just noticed, when a word is added to the Custom.dic from
Word it will not work in Outlook, even though Outlook is looking to the
Custom.dic for it's added word list. When I open the Custom.dic the added
word is there but the spell checker still stops on the word. thanks
