Adding sharepoint metadata to Word pageheader

Hi
I have created a couple of Word templates and added them as content types in
a sharepoint (wss3.0) document library. In the page header of the Word
documents we can add all kinds of metadata from the document library but not
the Filename (or Name-field) from sharepoint. Is there a way to achieve this?

(Actually them same applies to Excel and Powerpoint files.)
