Address Books - Names Listed "Backwards"

When I want to send an e-mail, I almost always have to select addresses from
the Address Book rather than just typing in the contacts name. I think maybe
the auto select feature is not populated anymore with addresses since I had
to reinstall BCM? When I can type in a name, it only works with First Names,
not Last Names.

1. How can I make auto select work with Last Names rather than First Names?

2. If I have to select from an Address Book, is there any way to make
“Business Contacts†rather than “Contacts†the default Address Book? It’s
hassle enough not to be able to auto select the names but to have to open an
Address Book and then select an alternative Address Book every time is a real
pain!

3. Once I get to the Business Contacts Address Book, all contact names are
now listed First Name, Last Name instead of Last Name, First Name like I’d
prefer them to be. How do I get the Address Book to change contacts to be
listed Last Name, First Name? (FYI, In my contact records, I DO have “File
As†set for Last Name, First Name.)

4. Finally, my Business Contacts Address Book lists both e-mail addresses
AND Fax #’s! I don’t want fax #’s to be an option to pick when I’m sending an
e-mail! How do I fix this? (When I tried to fix this before, I just deleted
the fax listing in the Address Book but that deleted the whole contact and I
lost about 100 contacts before I realized what I was doing!
