Administrative Time in OLAP Cube

Robert

Hello,

Project Server 2007 + SP2 + Dec CU
I'm using the "EPM Timesheet" cube with the Timesheet Class dimension to
display all the times spent or scheduled on activities such as Vacation,
Seack leave... But these data stay empty. The measure I used is the "Planned
Work". It displays only the "Standard" Timesheet Class.
I know that Vacation is not a Work, but how can we display all the
non-project times?
Thanks for your help

Thanks a lot Barbara - and thanks to Gary Chefetz too!

But, if I understand well, we can't have a view for the scheduled (not
actual) Administrative time in the future?

Hi Robert,

I am not sure how users are entering their vacation? If they use 'Plan
Administrative Time', they can choose between 'Planned' and 'Committed'. If
they create the future timesheet, they can put their vacation only in
'Actual'-row.
Hours you entered as 'Planned' will be 'Planned Work', hours entered as
'Committed' or in 'Actual'-row will be shown as 'Actual Work Billable'. So
it's not depending on future/past but on the way if it is Planned/Committed.

Regards
Barbara

The "planned" vacation time is actually stored as calendar exceptions. In
order to report on these, you'll need to use VBA using the Project Object
Model as they are not exposed through the reporting database or the PSI.
