Are there a Afrikaans Spellcheck Available for Office Xp
and if so how can we get hold of it.

Afrikaans is not one of the languages in the
Microsoft 2002 Proofing Tools
http://microsoft.com/office/evaluation/indepth/multilingual/prooftools.asp

There is one listed here:

and the Abbyy FineReader OCR software also includes
Afrikaans speller support

You may want to check with the folks in the MS Word
International Features newsgroup as well for information
on this or other tools:
