After a total restore i reinstalled office 2003 but i can't downl.

After a total restore i reinstalled office 2003 and then tried to reinstall
access2003 which i can't do. I get a message :
D:\FILES\PFILES\MSOFFICE\OFFICE11\1033\SETUP.CHM but then get a message no
path found. Hope someone can give me some help as i need Access for my
study's.
