After import, users are visible but resources are not Project Server 2003

Hi

I've just imported ~350 resources from a Project 2003 mpp file on my hard drive into Project Server 2003
When I access Admin->Users page in Web Access, I can see users for all the new resources I created, but for some reason none of these new resources show up either in Project (Tools->Open Enterprise Resource Pool) OR in Web Access

Does anyone have any suggestions

If it helps, for each resource, I had email address and Windows User Account specified, and left both the Enterprise fields we have defined (RBS and Enterprise Text 1) blank
