Hi Experts,

I am facing a strange problem in Outlook 2003. All the emails labeled as
"Spam" in Outlook are deleted automatically rather than going in "Junk" mail
folder. I checked "Junk E-mail Options" and its settings. It is set to move
all the junk mails in Junk e-mail folder..

Can anyone pls help and tell me how to solve it??

Thanks in advance,
Pushpinder

The only way this could be happening is if you have a rule deleting the
messages or you have a third-party add-in performing the deletion. It could
also be something on the Exchange server, if you are using Exchange.
Otherwise, Outlook doesn't pay any attention to strings in the subject.
