I am currently working on 2 separate projects using Project 2003. They both
are using the same resources at the same time. I have shared the resource
pool between the 2 projects but, I am confused about how to appropriately
leverage overallocated time between the projects. I am afraid that if I try
to leverage time I will create problems for the entire projects by creating
delays. I have printed out the "Who Does What" report and the "Overallocated
Resources" which shows the tasks for each resource for each project on the
same page, but I do not understand them. I am expected to provide a solution
to upper level executives tomorrow morning. I am getting frustrated and
bewildered.
