any advice on how to download free microsoft video's?

I'm still not quite sure what I am getting with the free 90 day trial of live
onecare.. and I am always looking for free microsoft videos, is buying it
from the "video professor" the only way to get something half decent?? any
advice I'd appreciate it!!

OneCare has nothing to do with learning to use the software.

And even Video Professor isn't free.

The Video Professor is not free and if I were you I would read the reviews
offered online. Search Google, you will be surprised how many folks have had
issues with the Video Professor product.

live onecare is a security product which is not part of the office products,
although sometimes sold together in a bundle.

you can go to the onecare home page which will get you all the info you need
including the help tab. it ought to be what you are looking for
