I recently find the keyboard key for the apostrophe or shift-quote mark key
is not typing anything in some of my documents (and their templates) but
*does* work in a new, Blank document and some other docs based on other
templates. I have US English Region/Language set, and the apostrophe key
works in other programs just fine.
Any idea what is happening?
