[Finger Tips]

I have set up an ASP database in FP to post community events. Is there a way
that a hyperlink to the full description of the event can be ninserted in the
original name of the event in the sumission form. I want to display the name
in a box on a page for the user to click to go to the full results. I am
looking for it to work like the discussion forum "Community Calendar" I set
up here. http://www.mytownhall.info/Towns/Suffield.htm Also when I tried to
use the asp results page as an include page it wanted me to change the suffix
to asp. Is this the only way to make this work. I am hoping that by setting
it up using asp I will be able to have posting automatically purged after a
certain number of days.

To use ASP, all pages must have the .asp extensions. Have you considered looking for a pre-built asp
based forum application?
