Attachment Problems

Help, I cannot attach any excel file without Entourage freezing. I have updated office today and it still doesnt work. I have to force quit every time.Any clues

Help, I cannot attach any excel file without Entourage freezing. I have
updated office today and it still doesnt work. I have to force quit every
time.Any clues

Personally, I'm not experiencing the problem and AFAIK it's not a wide
spread issue.

Steps to help determine where the problem is located.

1) you can eliminate your Identity by creating a new Identity in Entourage
and see if you experience the same problem.

2) if a new Identity still exhibits the same issues, then create a new User
in System Preferences and test Entourage there.

3) If the problems still exist in the new User, it's a problem with your
Office install or your base OS files.

If it happens in the new User, then re-apply the Snow Leopard installer over
your install. It works like a combo updater. Then remove Office and
re-install.

Hi, if i delete my ID will i not lose all of my emails?

Creating a new Identity leaves the old one 'as is' and gives you a blank
Identity to test the problem.
