audio troubleshooting

My audio recordings in ONE NOTE have a muffled sound in the background. the
tuning wizard button is not enabled for some reason and I cannot select it.
someone please help me.

tuning wizard button is not enabled for some reason and I cannot select it.

Try making recordings using the same microphone, using other software
on the same system. If the muffled audio continues, the problem is
likely with your microphone. If not, then it could be OneNote at
fault. That would be my first troubleshooting step, at any rate.
