Autodiscover problems too

I'm going through this right now. IT just upgraded Exchange 2007 to
SP2 and now Entourage 2008 EWS and Snow Leopard Mail will not connect
to Exchange. Entourage looks for a security certificate and finds my
corporate one and tries to authenticate using Kerberos but since we
aren't using that, we get an error. And no connection.

I can ping all of our servers including autodiscover and I am
connected to the domain when I'm doing this but all of these options
fail.

Could it be possible that basic authentication is turned of for the
virtual directory on the CAS server?

Have you tried setting things up manually then??
You can chose the authentication method there.

Yes - manual setup doesn't work either. In the Entourage error logs,
it's recording the error that the requesting account does not have
permission to serialize tokens.

So I have had to temporarily rollback Entourage to the regular WebDAV
version until this is resolved.

I know Microsoft sometimes looks at this so I hope that take notice.
It's frustrating that it's so hard for a Microsoft client to connect
to a Microsoft server on a Microsoft network especially when the PC
client doesn't seem to hiccup on these things.

Maybe someone from the MacBU need to take someone from the Exchange
team out for lunch. :)

Well that's not going to happen here.
MS pulled the plug on the nntp servers and the messages here are not
synced with Mactopia anymore.
This message will not show up on their forums, be aware of that.
