Backup file size 3 times smaller

HI Everybody,

I'm working on a database and when I select to back it up the resulting file
size of backup is about 3 times smaller then the original file.
But when I open the backup file everything I entered is there.
AM I doing something wrong ?

thanks, I ran Compact and Repair utility but it didn't change anything. The
size is still the same

never mind the previous post, Compact and Repair did the trick
