Be able turn off multiple OneNote flags one at a time.

If a note has multiple flags be able to turn off specific flags. Think
having a check mark next to the fly-out menu item that could be checked or
unchecked to add or remove the presence of the flag. Why: I use the to do
list flag for all projects with the next step that needs to be taken for each
one marked with a next step flag so I can see them in a quick list without
having to go through long lists of to do's. Currently I have to remove all
flags to remove the next step one then put the to do flag checked as complete
back.

The note flags are toggles. Click it once to turn it on, then again to
turn it off. You can turn any flag on or off without affecting the others.

If you apply the same noteflag for the second time it would remove it from
the note (for note flags with check boxes second application would check it,
then the third would remove it). So if you have your note flagged as ToDo and
Important apply Important tag again -> your note would have ToDo only.
