I am using Excel 2002 and the operating system is Windows
XP. I have a spread sheet and everytime I scroll down
the rows, two or three of the rows are blurred together.
When I scroll down slowly and back up they appear
correctly. I do have the latest service pack for the OS
and for Office XP.
