Borderless Printing on Tri-Fold with HP Photosmart 3310

I have an HP 3310 and I print borderless all the time. Works like a charm.
I just recently started using Publisher 2003 and I designed a tri-fold
brochure where one page contains a full background image. When I go to print
it, I get a small margin at the top and right side of the page.

I've tried everything to get this resolved and I'm about to pull all my hair
out. Why can't I follow the same procedure using my printer driver for
borderless printing as I do for my other applications to get this tri-fold
printed correctly? If I can't get this to work, I'm going to have to
recreate in some other application.

If you select photo paper the size of your brochure, do you get a borderless
print?

A workaround, select all on the page, right-click, save as a picture, there are
format and resolution choices. Print the results with your printer software.
