Business Contact Manager

I am using outlook 2003 and have installed business contact manager. However
for some reason when I start up Oultlook, I am unable to see theBusiness
Contact manager tab abd therefore BCM is not avaiable.
I did a repair on office, re-installed bcm, but still cannot get it to come
up when i start outlook.
