Can I create a floating picture in a header for Word 2007?

I'm trying to create a logo in a header, that also includes text. I would
like to be able to float the picture in the header, independent of the text
formatting (i.e., in front of text). I can do this in the main body of the
text, but there is no option do so in the header. Any way around this?
Having the picture formatted to the text forces the logo to be much too
small, given the amount of space available.

When you click on the Picture, you should get the contextual Picture Tools |
Format tab, which has the Text Wrapping button on it.
