Can My Customers Still Work With Groove in Reduced FunctionalityMode?

I have a small consulting business in which group collaboration is a
critical component. I recently evaluated Groove and I'm very
impressed with its capabilities. However, I'm not comfortable
sticking my clients with the $80 licensing fee as they will only use
the product episodically when they are engaged with me. I noted that
Groove continues to operate in a reduced functionality mode after the
trial period. But as long as my clients can continue to interact
inside of the workspace that I've created for them, that is all they
need.

Is there anything in the Groove reduced functionality mode that would
limit collaboration in a workspace designed and managed by me?

Appreciate any feedback.
