can only add 5 email addr to outlook BCC field or email returned

Hi,

When adding more that 5 email address in the BCC field in outlook im getting
the following error:

"No transport provider was available for delivery to this recipient."

Is this an Outlook restriction or ISP ?

Email as being sent using POP3 direct to ISP smtp mail server.
