Can 'Roll up Gantt bar to summary' be localized?

I have a project with phases and sub-phases, all with activities and
milestones. I'd like to have the milestones of a sub-phase shown on the
summary bar for the sub-phase (which I can do using Task Information / Roll
up Gantt bar to summary) but *not* all the way to the summary bars for the
phases and the overall project (which is what I know have using 'Roll up
Gantt bar to summary') -- on the higher level summary bars I only want higher
level milestones to be shown.

Is that possible?
