I have run into an scenario where the project is not publishing assignments.
When the PM (owner) tries to publish (Republish or Publish New and Changed),
it prompts to save the project, and then
another message stating "An update has not yet been sent to resources who
have been removed from task assignments",
-> Clicked OK -> Status goes to Ready without bring up the next window that
shows all the tasks and the resources to select and choose become owner of
these assignments, etc.
Appreciate a response to this...
