Cannot send or respond to calendar invitations with version 12.1.7

I can't send calendar invitations, or accept received invitations in Entourage. I found a a similar issue on support for version 12.1.3, fixed with 12.1.4, but I'm on 12.1.7 and it obviously won't allow me to "upgrade" to 12.1.4. Is anyone else seeing this? Any idea how to fix it?

You can't send calendar invites??? Is the account configured as an Exchange
account?

What happen if you send a calendar invite? What error message you get?

I am using exchange. There is no error message, the button to send not active. Or in the case of responses, non of the links/buttons for accept/etc are active. They are essentially "grayed out."

I have exactly the same problem. Was all working fine with got 12.1.5, and then upgrade ruined it. Is there any easy way to disinstall an upgrade?
