Can't jump to news from OL 03

I just bought a new laptop and put OL 03 on it. I want to put a link to the
News reader on my OL toolbar so I can jump to the newsreader quickly. I
have tried something that worked but now does not work. I clicked Tools |
Customize | Commands | Go and drug the "News" button onto the toolbar. It
worked a time or two. But after exiting OL and re-entering, I cannot see
the "news" button on the toolbar, nor can I find it at Tools | Customize |
Commands | Go .

What can I do?
Thanks.

I just tried again and I saw News on the toolbar, but when I clicked
it, it brought up
c:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 . What can I do?

Thank you for your help.

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.

Thanks that was just what I needed.
