Can't open vCalendar in Outlook 2003

When I try to open/save vcalendar file, I get an error saying that Outlook
can't open it. When I click on the help button of the error message, it
mentions saving items in a lunar calendar vs. a gregorian calendar. I've
tried switching some of my Calendar options, but I'm still having the same
problem.

How do I set Outlook 2003 to open vCalendar files?

Certain vCal files just won't open in Outlook 2003. If you post the text,
other people can take a look and confirm that you have one of the problem
files.

Boy, there's nothing obvious about that one, is there? What application
produced it?
