Can't resize open dialog window

I have an open dialog window and it is stretched so that I can't get
to the top of the page, title bar, min/max buttons or anything to
close or resize it. Any ideas would be helpful as it takes up half
the screen and make it difficult to work on. Have tried Alt + space
and it doesn't bring anything up for that screen.

Right-click in the Windows taskbar and select Cascade. That should resize
all open windows, including the dialog, so you can see all the title bars.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, I really appreciate it! I
tried this and when I right clicked in the taskbar, the Cascade is
greyed out. Anything else I can try?

Try opening another program (such as Notepad) at the same time.

If Cascade is still greyed out, how about the two Tile options?

OK, that worked and they are not greyed out but didn't do anything for
the open window. Sorry, this is my boss' home PC and I don't know how
he got to this point, but it seems as if it is a split screen instead
of an open window.
