Can't use "forward as Vcard"

F

FIDC

I am using Outlook 2003 SP2. Just recently, Outlook has decided to no longer
allow me to use the “forward as Vcard" option.

When I try to use "forward as Vcard," I get the following message:

"Can't create file: Olktmp.vcf. Right-click the folder you want to create
the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your
permissions for the folder."

I wasn't aware I was trying to create a file when forwarding a Vcard so I'm
not sure as how to fix. I've searched Microsoft's knowledge base and find no
solution there as well.

Any suggestions as how to resolve?

I noticed you haven't received a reply for MS on this subject either.

I have a client with a similar issue - however there has been a twist to the
issue and I was wondering if you would experience the result. The user CAN
SEND multiple VCards, just not single VCards.

If you have an opportunity to test this option please reply to the group.

Do you have a solution to your vCard issue yet? I have the exact same
issue.

Thanks,

Try cleaning out your Outlook Secure Temp Folder.
