Capital Letter on word at beginning of line?

Hi

In Entourage, when I compose a message it automagically for some reason
capitalizes the first letter of the first word in the new line.

This is rather annoying.


How do I turn this "feature" off?

I browsed through the preferences, but didn't see anything
obvious that would stop this unwanted "assistance".

I may have overlooked something.

Try: Tools> AutoCorrect, AutoCorrect page... remove the second check - but
unless you're breaking each line by pressing return it shouldn't matter.
It's only triggering the caps because you're starting new paragraphs.

I hate to ask, but why does it think a new line = a new paragraph?

That's conventional behavior in most any text-based environment - Mac or PC.
Enter/Return denotes the end of one paragraph as well as the beginning of
the next... at least in those programs that wrap lines to margin settings or
window dimensions.
