Check if ActiveProject Exists

I have some VBA that loops though all the tasks of the activeproject. This
is deployed via the Enterprise Global Template (via Project Server), and I'd
like to fire the code on the beforesave event. The issue occurs after I've
closed the project, and then I close MSP, I get an error because there is no
activeproject. How do i test for this condition?
