CiceroUIWndFrame: Outlook.exe Entry Point Not Found

Using Groove 3.1 on Window XP

A user of our company came up with this error

CiceroUIWndFrame: OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point ?EndErrorBlock@GCCriticalErrorInfo@@SGXXZ could
not be located in the dynamic link library GrooveUtil.DLL.

At the moment I uninstalled the product and made sure any reference linked
to groove was removed from the computer. All reference to directories etc.

I then reinstalled and used the back up of the account settings. all looks
to be working but I was interested if anyone may be able to shed some light
on this error

Hi Marc-

Seems to be the case that the Cicero thing is not part of Groove. Have a
look at
http://www.attention-to-details.com/newslog/391-remove-cicerouiwndframe-to-avoid-crashes.asp
- beware theres a couple of pictures of bugs on that page :)
