How do I COMPLETELY clear the list of recently used files that shows up in
Access 2007? I Excel 2007, I can go into Options|Advanced, change the number
of recent files to zero and then restart Excel. Now I can change the # recent
files back to 5 or 6 and my history will start over. I have found that this
procedure does NOT work for Access 2007. I can follow the same procedure as I
did with Excel, however once I restart Access I (or anyone else) can go back
into Options|Advanced, change the number of files to say, 5 and ALL of the
old Recent File History just comes right back! How do I permanently delete
the recent file history in Access 2007 and start the recent file list over
again? Do I need to go into the registry or is there a simple way like there
is in Excel 2007?
Thanks.
