Clip Art error code 0X800C0008?

I can still insert a few selections (the ones without the globe). The
universal Clip Art just stopped working this moring. Is there something I can
do to fix this? I have already deleted cookies and files under Internet
Options.

Is there some way I can fix the problem. It has happened on three computers
