Clipboard broken with message: "Please do not copy or print this

My Copy-Paste functionality is not working at all now, as of today evening.
I have no idea why it stopped working - as it was working fine before.

The clipboard does not work at all. I cannot copy text from any source,
even if its from the same document, even if its just a word or sentence in a
brand new blank document. When I launched the Clipboard in Word, it just
kept posting this message over and over again:

"Please do not copy or print this page"

This is a new MS Office package that I purchased last month. I really
really need Word to function!!! Please HELP!!!!

The message sounds like it comes from a web page in a browser, and has
nothing to do with any Office program. I don't know what you mean when you
say you 'launch' the clipboard, but if I have somehow misunderstood what you
are saying, please explain in more detail exactly what you are doing.
