<% @CodePage="950" %> is displayed in Opera and Firefox

Hello,

I have a web site using classic ASP (.asp) shopping cart, hosted by an ISP
on Windows 2003 server, English and the pages have been converted to
Traditional Chinese with FrontPage 2003.

Everything works fine and now I have downloaded and installed the latest
version of Opera and Firefox (International and English version,
respectively) to see how it looks and works on a 3rd party browser.

So far, everything looks fine (except certain local fonts have been changed
which is fine) except there is this "<% @CodePage="950" %>" displayed on
some of ASP pages that I have put on the top to ensure it will display local
fonts correctly.

There is also an meta tag in the page such as the following: <meta
http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=big5">

Using IE, "<% @CodePage="950" %>" will not be displayed. It will happen
only when viewing pages with Opera and Firefox.

So my questions are:

(1) Should I concern this? I understand most of my customers and visitors
(from the data provided by web analysis tool) are using IE.

(2) Should I remove "<% @CodePage="950" %>", provided that I already have a
meta tag for the charset?

Many thanks for your kind feedback.
