Compile Error in hidden module: AutoExec

When I open Excel or Word I get the following error message in a pop up box,
stating; "Compile error in hidden module: Auto Exec". When I hit ok it
disappears and I can continue with my work. But somewhat annoying. Any
suggestions, comments or feedback will be much appreciated.
