Compress Pictures not available

Hi. I would like to compress the pictures in a pub document and have read
various threads however, the Compress Picture option still does not display
on the toolbar even after a Reset. I am not sure if I have SP1 as some have
indicated as being necessary.

a) The Compress Pictures tool is on the Picture toolbar. Make sure
you're looking there, not on the main toolbar.
b) Go to http://update.microsoft.com and see if it tells you you need
SP2. If so, install it.
