Convert Cm to Feet and Inches

I have a field on a table called CM and 2 other fields called feet and inches

I can convert from Feet and inches to Cm but I need to be able to convert
from CM to feet and Inches and put the appropriate value in each field

Any advice is as always appreciated

Total inches = .3937 times centimeters

Feet = integer part of total inches divided by 12

Inches = total inches minus 12 times feet
