coorporate installation of Office 2007 redirect clipart download

Hi!

We are using Office 2007 with our customers. Unfortunatly we had to turn of
the Clipart "Web colletion" to save internet capacity and User Profiles
Space.
(terminal server environment)

To give the Users more clipart variaty i have 2 solutions:

1. I would like to let the User download cliparts but to just on a shared
Network drive insted of the default User Profile Location. For this I would
need a solution to redirect the default download Folder for cliparts.

!!! But how ???

An other Solution that came into my mind was: Deploying a Mystore.mgc file
to every Users Profiles Folder with a Linked collection to a network share!
and just let One User download the cliparts manually and move them to the
network share.

which is bad because the user would have to download loads of cliparts one
by one!
Is there a collection of 3000 cliparts to download (free)?

thank you....

OK but how to i integrate a shared cliparts?

I tryed this : http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/300859/en-us/

but the actual Picture-files are still in the User Profile/My Documents/My
Pictures
I cant use this because i want to keep the User Profiles slim. (Terminal
Server)

Cause: I created the Index-file (mcg) as described in the kB and then copied
it to a network share. but once you created the Index it will store also the
files location of the Pictrures as discribed above. By this time, the files
are still in the Profiile so it will store the location c:\...mypics/ in the
catalog file.

But I want the Pictures also on the Network share....!

Wath can I do?

Hi Mary and Thank you so far.

But the Problem is NOT Solved sorry!

Anway I tryed sveral Ways but i guess the Media Content CD will solve my
Problems or at least its the best option I know so far.

Bevor I buy one of the CD's I need to know how can I deploy the link to the
Cliparts to all my PC's in the Company. To mannually add them is NO Option to
me since this is no appliable to a bigger Company.

I could find any solution in Google or technet. If you know how..

Thank you
