Copy form and queries

I have two mdb's open and I am trying to click and drag (copy) some forms and
queries to another mdb. I get the message

"The database has been placed in a state by user 'Admin" on machine 'XXXX'
that prevents it from being opened or locked.

How do I get around this?

Shell -

You can import the forms and queries into the second database, under the
'Get external data' items.

Shell,

The reason for the message is that the database you are copying from is
opened in Exclusive Mode. Close it and open you destination database and
select File-Get External Data and go from there.
