Crash when click Option from menu

Every time I click Option from menu, OneNote 2007 crashes. I use Vista
and This is the exception information:

Do you upload the crash information to Microsoft? If so, can you do this:

Right click My Computer and Select Manage
Open the System Tools Tree and expand Windows Logs
open the application node (this may take 20 seconds or so)
look in the list for the time of the crash - the newest information is on
top. You should see something like "Microsoft Office 12 (or OneNote, or
Windows Error Reporting) and an event ID of 1001 (not 1000). When you open
that entry, there will be a bucket number.

What is that bucket number?
