Create a dropdown list that is specific...

I am trying to create a dropdown list that is specific to a selection in
another dropdown list.

In other words, I have a repeating table with two columns...
In the first column, the user would select a "reason code" from a drop down
list. (that part is easy)
In the second column (same row) I want the user to be able to select from a
list of "Comments" that are specific to what the user selected in the first
column.

Each slection in the 1st column would have its own subset of "Comments" in
the 2nd column.

Any ideas?
