want to create a simple address book for envelopes in word. have a new
computer, word has a different look. click mailings, envelopes, options only
fount no option for new address or the open book icon that i am used to.

I read your post. Could you please describe how to us Outlook for printing.

The thread concerned the use of the Address Book in Word for which Outlook
is required to be the default e-mail application. It is anyone's guess what
your question is about. Outlook questions are best answered in an Outlook
forum.
