Creating A Macro that procudes reports

Im new to my role and there is a weekly repitition of report I do and
feel that there can be a way to automate it.

There is a column called "Owner" in MS Project.

I would like to produce a macro that will produce a report in PMO gant
view, % complete tasks is <100% complete , ensure page set up is 75%,
the gant view chart will be dispayed on right hand side of the page,
Header title will be " -the name of the owner - TASK" . Eg NTSM Tasks
(NTSM being the owner field selected)

Some weeks there are 5 owner and than some are 20. Need the macro to
somwhow know how many are in the field and produce those reports in
..pdf and save them in the same location as the ms project plan.

Your help much appreciated
