Cube Problems

I have a project called HelpDesk_07 which has not published properly since
approximately July 23rd. Hours are Input, approved and hit the Project plan.
However, they do not make it to the cube. Project plan appears to publish
properly when Project Owner publishes and hours hit the plan so when you open
it in MSProject the hours are in the actual buckets.

The plan is not open overnight when cube runs as it runs every night so it
is not considered ‘checked out’. It has many tasks and many individuals, but
we have some other projects with similar sizes and did not have this issue.

Any ideas why the hours not hitting the portfolio analyzer reports that run
from the cube?

Hi,
You don't mention what version of PS you are using. Assuming 2003, are you
sure the cube is building properly. As easy way to find out is to create a
new cube and then run the build. (the old cube will still exist) Check the
error log, and assuming everything is okay, then you will be able to create a
new view for the new cube, and view it via OALP analyser. Does the new cube
build correctly without errors?

PS2007 goes through a similiar process, but builds directly from the
reporting DB and gives better details on how the process is going.

Log into PWA as administrator, navigate through the relevant menus, and click
build cube now.
