In my Resource Usage View, I have filtered using a Date Range and
created a custom Group to group my resource pool by Resource Name, then
Project, then by Allocated. When I right-click in the timescale area, I
can choose what Details to show. If I choose Work, all the hours are
displayed. If I choose Overallocation, nothing is displayed despite
clear overallocation of resources.
Why does the overallocation go away with this custom Group? Has anyone
else encountered this problem?
Not only that, but I find that the Work is not formatted in red to
indicate Overallocation unless there is only 1 task causing the
overallocation. So, most of my timescale looks like it's in the black
when that is really not the case.
Any tips would be greatly apprecaited!
