Custom Organization Chart Shapes

I Want to create a new stencil based on the organization chart shapes, but
with different custom properties.

For example I make a copy of the executive shape into my favourites stencil,
change all the custom properties, but when I drag them onto a new
organization chart, as well as the custom properties I created, they inherit
all the original properties of the executive shape.

 

[Mark Nelson [MS]]

Visio automatically inserts these I believe. I'm not aware of a way to
change that.
