Date by week in MSOWC

How can I manipulate the first week of the year in MS Office Web
Components?

The thing is, MSOWC considers the week that contains January 1 as
week# 1.

In The Netherlands, and other countries, week#1 is the week that has
most of the days in the new year. That means that this year the week
with Jan 1 is week 53 of 2004 and the week that starts on Sunday Jan2
is week#1 of 2005.

How can I manipulate MSOWC so that it shows the right weeknumber?

Regards!
